What if I need changes after delivery?
Your files are delivered as plain text and JSON — you own them entirely and can edit them at any time. If your delivered files contain an error that is our fault (a formatting issue, a processing bug, or something that does not match the information you provided), we will correct it at no extra cost. However, we cannot re-create files due to errors in the input data you submitted. You are asked to review and confirm the accuracy of all information before submitting the intake form.
Do I need technical knowledge?

What is the refund policy?
If you have paid but work has not yet started, you can request a full refund via our support page.
