These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Visibility Definition website (www.ai-visibility.org.uk), the AI Discovery Files Directory ("the Directory"), and the AI Discovery Files Service ("the Service Pack"), operated by BSolve IT Limited (trading as 365i).

By using this website, creating a Directory account, or purchasing the Service Pack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the AI Visibility Definition website, the AI Discovery Files Directory, and the AI Discovery Files Service Pack collectively.
• "Service Pack" refers to the paid AI Discovery Files creation service, including the intake form, AI crawl, file creation, and delivery.
• "Intake Form" refers to the online form you complete to provide the information needed to create your AI Discovery Files.
• "Deliverables" refers to the set of AI Discovery Files created for your website as part of the Service Pack.
• "We", "us", "our" refers to BSolve IT Limited (trading as 365i).
• "You", "your" refers to any person or entity using the Service.
• "Listing" refers to a website entry in the Directory.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account on the Directory.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 General Access

The AI Visibility Definition website is freely accessible. The specification content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

2.2 Directory Accounts

To submit a website to the Directory or manage a listing, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not share your account with others.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit websites you do not own or have authority to represent.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, ratings, or directory rankings.
• Submit fraudulent, malicious, or misleading information.
• Abuse the submission or re-check system (e.g., automated bulk submissions).
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service.

3. Directory Listings

3.1 Submission and Validation

When you submit a website to the Directory:

• Our system automatically fetches and analyses publicly available AI Discovery Files from the submitted domain.
• A score is assigned based on which files are found and their content.
• Listings are created automatically upon successful validation. We reserve the right to review and remove listings at our discretion.

3.2 Listing Tiers

• Basic listings (no specification attribution) appear as cards in the directory.
• Full listings (with valid specification attribution) receive a dedicated profile page.

Tier assignment is determined automatically based on the presence and content of your AI Discovery Files.

3.3 Public Display

By submitting a website, you acknowledge that your business name, domain, description, category, score, and other publicly available information from your AI Discovery Files will be displayed in the Directory.

3.4 Re-verification

Listings are periodically re-verified. If your website no longer meets the minimum requirements (at least llms.txt present), your listing may be suspended or removed after reasonable notice.

3.5 Removal

You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting support@365i.co.uk or by cancelling your account. We will process removal requests within 30 days.

4. AI Discovery Files Service

4.1 Service Description

The AI Discovery Files Service Pack ("Service Pack") is a paid service in which we create a set of AI Discovery Files tailored to your website. The process involves an automated crawl of your website (used to pre-fill the intake form with your existing business information), an intake form you review and complete, expert file creation, and delivery of the finished files.

4.2 Payment

Payment is required before work begins. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. The price is as stated on the service page at the time of purchase and includes VAT where applicable.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Before work begins: If you have paid but work has not yet started (no crawl initiated, no files in progress), you may request a full refund by contacting support.
• After work begins: Once the automated crawl has started or file creation is in progress, refunds are not available. The service involves significant processing, research, and expert work that cannot be reversed.
• After delivery: Delivered files are non-refundable. You own the files and can edit them freely.

If we are unable to deliver the service for reasons within our control (e.g. a technical failure on our side), you will receive a full refund.

4.4 Your Responsibility for Input Data

The accuracy of your AI Discovery Files depends entirely on the information you provide in the intake form. You are responsible for reviewing all pre-filled and manually entered data before submitting the form. By submitting, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You have reviewed any AI-suggested fields and corrected them where necessary.
• You accept responsibility for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete input data.

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the Deliverables that result from incorrect information you have provided.

4.5 Corrections

If your delivered files contain errors that are our fault (e.g. a formatting issue, a processing bug, or a deviation from the information you provided), we will correct them at no additional cost. We will not re-create files due to errors in the input data you submitted. If you wish to update your files after delivery because your business details have changed, this is a new engagement.

4.6 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase. However, by confirming at checkout that you wish work to begin immediately, you explicitly consent to the service starting before the cooling-off period expires and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once work has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Specification Content

The AI Visibility Definition specification is published under CC BY 4.0. You are free to share and adapt the material with appropriate attribution.

5.2 Website Content

The design, layout, and non-specification content of this website are the property of BSolve IT Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these elements without permission.

5.3 Trademarks

"365i", the 365i logo, and "AI Visibility Checking" are trademarks of BSolve IT Limited. Use of these marks requires prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 No Guarantee

The Directory and its scores are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that:

• A high AI Visibility score will result in specific AI system behaviour.
• The Service will be available without interruption.
• Validation results are complete or error-free in all circumstances.

6.2 Third-Party Content

Directory listings contain information extracted from third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content on listed websites.

6.3 External Links

This website contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or zero, if using the free tier).

8. Account Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice for serious violations.
• Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
